What does it mean to come home to your body? To practice embodiment? Today on the show I want to talk to you about one of my favorite parts of helping women heal their relationship with their bodies, and that’s being IN your body. That’s why I love the concept of coming HOME to your body so much. 

 

Because for most of us, our bodies are not our homes. They are something separate from us, something to control, something to perfect…and I’m on a mission to help you change that. Coming home to your body is a practice of embodiment. Listen to learn more about what exactly is embodiment and ways to come home to your body.
