Refund policy
By making purchase of Permission Stage Playbook, you only have 7 days from the day of purchase to ask for a refund. In order to receive a refund, you will have to have a phone call with Victoria to share why you are not satisfied with your purchase and to agree to a refund. Please be aware, you cannot ask for a refund if you have not personally put in the work requested of this course.
Payment Option Plan
We are happy to provide a payment plan option for those that need additional time to make the full payment. By signing up for the payment plan option, you understand that in 30 days my credit card will be charged for the second and final payment of $197. If you need to update your credit card information, you can make this change in my membership profile within Kartra. If the payment does not go through, Victoria will be in contact with you to arrange payment immediately. If you do not make the second payment, Victoria reserves the right to cancel my membership and you will lose access to the entire course.
