One of my favorite authors, Rebecca Scritchfield, author of Body Kindness is on the podcast today. Body Kindness is such a great representation of pursuing intuitive eating and health and wellness for authentic intentions and a positive, self loving mindset. Body Kindness encompasses so many beliefs we have at Nourishing Women Podcast  and is a critical part of wellness without obsession. You don’t have to love your body to respect it, but let’s not forget that body respect and body kindness are key components of wellness we are often lacking in our culture that obsesses over the thin ideal.
