NWP Episode 199: How to Care for Your Vagina
This episode is inspired by a graphic we shared from the woman’s dietitian, so I wanted to shout out Cory for inspiring this episode. I also wanted to record this episode because it seems to be a taboo subject, where we all NEED to know what to do, but it’s so rarely touched upon! Back in the day, women were told their vaginas were dirty and needed to be cleaned and smell good to keep their husbands happy, talk about a sexist message.
I’ll also say that it’s almost funny to me that I’m recording this episode, because until a few years back I knew nothing about vaginal care. Since we help clients get their periods back from disordered eating and orthorexia, I started getting more and more questions about vaginal care and here we ARE.
