Our guest, Andy Mathis is the dietitian and owner of Beautiful Eats & Things and Little Eats & Things. Andy hopes to inspire you to enjoy food and cooking, and show that not all Registered Dietitians are obsessive calorie-counting, kale-obsessed individuals! Andy is a registered dietitian that received her Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, Concentration: Dietetics from the University of Montevallo and her Master’s Degree in Health Studies/Health Promotion from the University of Alabama. She has been a Licensed/Registered Dietitian since 2009.
